Rain Gutter Wind Noise

If you have a window near your gutters and downspouts the persistent clunk clunk clunkor thud thud thudof rain hitting metal may wake you up rather than help you drift to dreamland.
Rain gutter wind noise. Has anyone else had this problem and found a good solution. Windy conditions causing seamless gutters to vibrate. If the gutter is close to a bedroom window this can get annoying. When the rain is just right this downspout will often make an extremely loud pinging sound when water is coming down slowly think someone hitting a coffee can with a spoon ever 2 seconds.
The problem has been fixed. That is until your guttersand downspouts join in. In many cases noisy downspouts are the result of water directly hitting the bottom of the downspout elbow. Gutter downspouts with elbows can sometimes amplify the sound of water dripping through them.
The gutter vibration noise was caused by the extended aluminum drip. The trick to quieting down this irritating noise is to attach something to the bottom of the downspout on the inside to absorb the water as it drips or trickles down. Side window deflectors also help reduce wind noise and allow interior heat to escape. Side window deflectors are custom fit in window channel rain and debris guards that allow fresh air to enter and leave the vehicle while having the window still cracked during harsh climates.
